The Department of Medicine at SMH conducted a free diabetic camp on 27.09.2024 where patients/people were screened for Sugar and blood pressure, they were given an awareness on Diabetes and instructed about life style modifications like change in food habits, regular exercise.
They were also given awareness on diabetes foot care and to avoid getting injuries and ulcers to lead a normal life.
About 133 patients attended the camp and got benefitted and got awareness on Diabetes and life style modifications that can help them live a normal life.
This type of camp will be conducted every last Fridays of the month to benefit the Ranipet people.
